Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting and closure of Trading Window. Notice is hereby given to you pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 25th May, 2017 inter-alia to transact the following businesses: i) To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter (Q4) and financial year ended 31st March, 2017; and ii) To consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity share of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 15th May, 2017 till 27th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
