Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Clause 6(a) of the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officer(s), Designated Employees and all other Insiders of the Company as defined in the Code from July 19, 2014 till August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting scheduled for July 30, 2014.
