Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the recommendation made by Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Umesh Saraf & Arun K Saraf as Joint Managing Directors of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. February 22, 2015 & August 04, 2015 respectively subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
