Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Clause 6(a) of the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officer(s), Designated Employees and all other Insiders of the Company as defined in the Code from May 18, 2015 till May 30, 2015 (both days Inclusive), In view of the Board Meeting scheduled for May 28, 2015.
