| Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015 and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2); and<BR><BR>2. Payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>- Trading Window related:<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company, in accordance with the Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders would be closed upto October 25, 2015.<BR><BR>- Investors Call:<BR><BR>The Company will hold investors/analysts call on October 23, 2015 subsequent to publication of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. During such calls, the management shall comment on the aforesaid financial results of the Company.<BR><BR>Details of the call will be published on the Companys website (www.asianpaints.com) in due course. | |
