| Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2017, inter alia, has consider & approved the following:<BR><BR>- Recommendation of payment of the following for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 71st AGM:<BR><BR>1. Final dividend of Rs. 5.65 (Rupees five and paise sixty five) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 (Rupee one) each<BR><BR>2. One time special dividend of Rs. 2 (Rupees two) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 (Rupee one) each for celebrating 75 years of Excellence at Asian Paints.<BR><BR>The total dividend aggregates to Rs. 10.30 (Rupees ten and paise thirty) per equity share of the value of Re. 1 (Rupee one) each, including the interim dividend of Rs. 2.65 (Rupees two and paise sixty five) per equity share as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on October 25, 2016, for the financial year ended March 31, 2017; and | |
