Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 26, 2015 to July 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 03, 2015.<BR><BR>The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 69th Annual General Meeting to be held on July 03, 2015, will be paid/ despatched after July 04, 2015.
