Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 23, 2017 have approved the appointment of Shri R Seshasayee as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>He shall hold office as an Independent Director (Additional Director) for a period of 5 years subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>The brief profile of Shri R.
