Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2015, inter alia, have recommended payment of interim dividend of Rs. 2.20 (Rupees two and paise twenty only) per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 1 (Rupee one) each for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The interim dividend will be paid/warrants will be despatched to the members on or after October 31, 2015.
