The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, have approved the reappointment of Shri K B S Anand as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a further period of 2 (two) years with effect from April 01, 2018. The reappointment will be subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
