ASIAN PAINTS LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Payment of final dividend of Rs. 5.30 per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 70th AGM. The total dividend aggregates to Rs. 7.50 per equity share of the value of Re. 1 each, together with an interim dividend of Rs. 2.20 per equity share as approved by the Board on October 23, 2015, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
