| Asian Paints Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014:<br/><br/>The Audited Standalone results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit from ordinary activities after tax of Rs. 3088.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 as compared to Rs. 2839.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income has increased from Rs. 23718.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 to Rs. 27896.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>"The Consolidated Results are as follows :<br/><br/>The Unaudited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/> <br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes and Minority interest of Rs. 3387.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 2752.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 34095.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 28688.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.<br/><br/>The above results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 include consolidated financials of Sleek International Private Limited in which the Company obtained 51% stake on August 08, 2013. In view of this, the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 are not comparable with the corresponding previous period." | |
