| Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3); and<BR><BR>2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Conduct), the trading window of the Company which has been closed since December 23, 2016 shall remain closed upto January 25, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The same is being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.<BR><BR>Investors Call / Meet:<BR><BR>Details of the Investors call / meet will be published on the Companys website (www.asianpaints.com) in due course. During such call / meet, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter and nine - months ended December 31, 2016. | |
