Assam Company India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, decided to circulate for consideration and approval of the members of the Company, the following Resolutions under Section 186 "Loans and Investment by Company" and Section 197 "Overall maximum Managerial Remuneration and Managerial Remuneration in case of absence or inadequacy of Profit" through electronic mode, as required under the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.<br/><br/>The cutoff date for the purpose of e-voting is November 14, 2014.
