AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the 'Trading Window shall remain closed for all Specified Persons, from January 19, 2015 to February 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
