With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 05, 2014 regarding the Outcome of the Board Meeting held on March 05, 2014, AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has now informed BSE that the voluntary delisting proposal from AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals AB, Sweden (AZP AB) in terms of their letter dated March 01, 2014 will be considered at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on March 15, 2014.
