AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the 'Trading Window shall remain closed for all Specified Persons, from August 01, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) in terms of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
