AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2016, inter alia, has considered the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board noted the resignation of Mr. Justin Ooi as Director of the Company, effective January 11, 2016.<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Murdeshwar as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years, to be effective from May 02, 2016.
