AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2014, inter alia, has approved seeking approval of shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot for the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company proposed by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals AB, Sweden, Promoter of the Company, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
