AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the 'Trading Window' shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, from June 16, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
