AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the 'Trading Window' shall remain closed for all Specified Persons, from April 22, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
