With reference to the Writ Petition filed by 2 shareholders of the Company, before the Bombay High Court, in relation to voluntary delisting of equity shares from stock exchanges, AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Bombay High Court, which heard the Petition on October 08, 2014, has disposed of the same. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The Order, inter-alia, states the following:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1. The Petitioners as well as AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited (AZPIL) and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals AB, Sweden (AZP AB) are at liberty to prefer appeal against SEBI Order dated June 24, 2014, to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, within 6 weeks.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;2. Until the Tribunal hears and disposes of the petitioners appeal, AZPIL and AZP AB, shall not take any further steps in the process of delisting of equity shares.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;3. Tribunal to hear and decide the appeals as expeditiously as possible and preferably by February 28, 2015.
