Atlanta Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited annual accounts for year ended March 31, 2015 and recommend dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 will remain closed from May 18, 2015 till May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
