Re-appointment of Shri Niladri Bihari Barik (DIN: 03073797), as Director of the Company.<BR> <BR> 2. Ratification of appointment of M/s. P. K. Ajitsaria & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company, for the financial year ending 31st march, 2018 on such remuneration as recommended by the Audit Committee and as may be mutually agreed between the Board of Directors of the Company and the Statutory Auditors.<BR> <BR> 3. Re-appointment of Smt. Madhu Barnwal (DIN: 07150790), as an Independent Director of the Company to hold office for two consecutive years.<BR> | |
