Atul Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 04, 2014, for considering and approving of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014. Further, the Company has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed, for all Employees/Directors of the Company, from July 31, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) in terms of Code of Conduct of Atul Auto Limited for prevention of insider trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
