| Atul Ltd has informed BSE that subject to the approval of the Shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on October 17, 2014 appointed:<br/><br/>1. Mr. M. M. Chitale as a Non executive Independent Director for five years with effect from October 17, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mrs. Shubhalakshmi Panse as a Non executive Independent Director for five years with effect from February 01, 2015.<br/><br/>3. Mr. B. R. Arora as a Non executive Independent Director for five years with effect from April 01, 2015.<br/><br/>4. Mr. T. R. Gopi Kannan, as a Whole time Director for five years with effect from October 17, 2014. He will continue as the Chief Financial Officer.<br/><br/>The Board also appointed:<br/><br/>5. Mr. Lalit Patni as the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. | |
