| With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 17, 2014 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on October 17, 2014, Atul Ltd has now informed BSE regarding Revised Outcome of Board Meeting held on October 17, 2014.<br/><br/>- Subject to the approval of the Shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on October 17, 2014 appointed : <br/><br/>1. Mr. M. M. Chitale as a Non executive Independent Director for five years with effect from October 17, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mr. B. R. Arora as a Non executive Independent Director for five years with effect from April 01, 2015.<br/><br/>3. Mr. T. R. Gopi Kannan, as a Whole time Director for five years with effect from October 17, 2014. He will continue as the Chief Financial Officer.<br/><br/>The Board also appointed: <br/><br/>4. Mr. Lalit Patni as the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. | |
