With reference to the earlier letter dated October 26, 2015 informing that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015 to consider, inter alia, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015, Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has now informed BSE that at the Board Meeting to be held on November 06, 2015, the Board will also discuss raising of funds through issue of securities.<BR>
