With reference to the earlier annoucement dated May 28, 2015, regarding the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company is being closed from August 25, 2015 to August 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has now informed BSE that the aforesaid book closure dates will also be considered to determine the entitlement of the shareholders to the interim dividend of 50% i.e Re. 0.50 (Raise fifty only) per equity share of Re.1/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the year 2015-16 as approved by the Board on August 12, 2015.
