With reference to the earlier letter dated July 31, 2015 informing that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has now informed BSE that at the Board Meeting to be held on August 12, 2015, the Board will also consider the proposal of payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2015-16.
