Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further the Company inform that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from January 29, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive), in view of consideration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 by the Board at the Meeting to be held on February 9, 2016. During this period the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Employees / Connected Persons of the Company are not permitted to purchase, sale or other dealings in the shares of the Company.
