Outcome of Board Meeting held on December 9, 2017<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:30 am & inter-alia, has considered & approved:<BR> <BR> 1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 along with Limited review report issued by the Auditors of the Company, in respect of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results.<BR> <BR> 2. Appointment of Mr. Gokul Naik as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from December 11, 2017 in place of Mr. Pramod Datar, who will be relieved from the post of Chief Financial Officer from the closing business hours of December 10, 2017.<BR> <BR> The Meeting of the Board of Directors concluded at 5:50 pm.<BR> <BR> The approved unaudited financial results & the limited review report are enclosed herewith. <BR>
