Autolite (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of board of directors will be held on February 13, 2016, to consider and take on record the unaudited results for the Quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days Inclusive) and shall re-open on February 16, 2016 on account of the board meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016. Accordingly, the Promoters. Directors and Designated Employees have been advised to not to deal in the securities of the Company during the mentioned period.
