Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.12.50/-per Equity Share which together with Interim Dividend of Rs.2.50/- Equity Share declared and paid earlier, works out to a dividend of Rs. 15.00/- per Equity Share for the year 2015-16. <BR><BR>The Final Dividend will be paid by August 12, 2016.
