Automotive Axles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on February 06, 2017, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company will remain close from January 28, 2017 to February 08, 2017 (both days inclusive).
