Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations<BR> We wish to inform that:<BR> 1.Mr. Pradeep Mallick has retired as an Independent, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, from the close of working hours today i.e. November 19, 2017 on attaining the age of retirement as per the Board Governance Guidelines adopted by the Company.The Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated November 18, 2017, has expressed its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Mr. Pradeep Mallick during his tenure of close to ten years and wished him well for his future endeavors.<BR> 2.The Board have, vide Circular Resolution dated November 18, 2017, appointed Mr. Ramnath Mukhija Independent, Non-Executive Director as the Chairman of the Board of Directors wef November 20, 2017 and he shall preside as the Chairman unless and otherwise decided by the Board. <BR> The details required under Regulation 30 are given in the enclosed Annexures.<BR> Kindly take it on your records.<BR>
