| AVT Natural Products Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Section 108 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 that the Company has been offering e-voting facility to the shareholders to exercise their right to vote by electronic means for the business that may be transacted at the 28th Annual General Meeting being held on July 25, 2014, through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL).<br/><br/>Date of completion of sending notices to shareholders is July 01, 2014. The Voting period through electronic means begins on July 20, 2014 (9.00 am) and end on July 22, 2014 (6.00 pm). During this period shareholders of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date, i.e., June 27, 2014, may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter and the shareholders will not be able to cast their vote beyond the date and time mentioned above. | |
