AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 86,124 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on May 25, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,88,24,916 (237,44,12,458 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,89,97,164 (237,44,98,582 equity shares of Rs 2/- each).
