AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,97,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on June 08, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up shore capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,92,76,314 (237,46,38,157 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,96,71,814 (237,48,35,907 equity shares of Rs 2/- each).
