AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 68,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 12, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,59,63,770 (237,79,81,885 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,61,00,070 (237,80,50,035 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
