AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 (Q1), subject to its limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.<BR><BR>Further the blackout period for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from June 01, 2015 to July 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" formulated and adopted by the Bank, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
