AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 5,41,559 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on March 02, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 473,36,12,072 (236,68,06,036 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 473,46,95,190 (236,73,47,595 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
