AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 33,870 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 21, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,25,67,946 (239,12,83,973 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,26,35,686 (239,13,17,843 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
