AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 81,550 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on June 15, 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,96,71,814 (237,48,35,907 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,98,34,914 (237,49,17,457 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
