| AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. To consider and take on record the Audited Annual / Quarterly Financial Results for the year / quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To declare dividend for the financial year 2013-14, if any.<br/><br/>Further, the Bank has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Bank, the trading window is closed for dealing in securities of the Bank from -<br/><br/> April 01, 2014 to April 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the following categories of the employees/directors -<br/><br/>- All Directors<br/>- Officials in the Grade of Senior Vice President and above posted in Corporate Office<br/>- All Employees of Finance and Accounts department<br/>- All Employees in the Office of the Company Secretary<br/><br/>April 18, 2014 to April 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all the employees of the Bank. | |
