AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 58,119 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on July 27, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,14,94,666 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 47,15,52,785 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
