AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,12,465 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 14, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,51,23,560 (237,75,61,780 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,53,48,490 (237,76,74,245 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
