AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,21,405 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 25, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,30,65,106 (237,65,32,553 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,35,07,916 (237,67,53,958 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
