AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank on April 02, 2014 has passed a resolution approving the allotment of Senior Notes aggregating to USD 30,600,000 (USD Thirty Million and Six Hundred Thousand only) under the MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.
