We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 4,56,330 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 18.02.2019, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR> <BR> The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 514,08,53,502 (257,04,26,751 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 514,17,66,162 (257,08,83,081 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the above on record.<BR>
